This place was absolutely perfect and made the most sense for us to throw our daughters sweet 16. It accommodated everyone and its a memory i believe we will never forget. All the rooms are super cool. With easy contact to the owners and staff via text, which i loved. They were ready to answer and solve any issues we had, the ice machine had an issue and they sent someone over with bags and bags of ice. It worked out perfect. So. Much. Fun. So much space. Every room is themed and every room smells like it's theme! The cotton candy room smells like cotton candy. The coke room smells like Coca-Cola. The desert and chocolate room smells like chocolate. The arcade games in the basement are hella fun. The video games in the theater room very nice touch. We had bonfires in the fire pits at night. I will warn you though, be careful in the ball pit room. Multiple people had to dive back in to look for their cell phones!
This house / mansion / play-ground / theme-park / resort / board game mecca is one of my family's favorite places on earth! There is plenty to do, space and accommodations for everyone, and it is a convenient drive into Orlando for the attractions there. Highly recommended!
My family has stayed at this house several times. It is our favorite out of all the properties. Which is saying a lot because they are all AMAZING!!!! The bed are so comfy. The main room down stairs has something for everyone to do. The complete house is interactive. There are carnival style games to play, there’s arcade styles to play, and even in house scavenger hunt. And that’s only the stuff to do inside outside is a whole Nother world. The fun is not just centered around the main house. Either the mother-in-law at the end of the driveway has equally as much fun to be had inside. You’re not second get yourself if you’re thinking of booking this Home do so because they fill up immediately

There are not enough words to explain how amazing this place is. We are here celebrating my 50th birthday and had about 30 people and we were all comfortable and everyone had an amazing time! We had a grreeat weekend at this amazing house. We were a group of 17 ppl, only 2 locals, my husband and myself. We told a couple of friends about Orlando Area luxury rentals while visiting them in Atlanta. After checking the website, they wanted to come so badly. They started calling other friends that live in other areas of the USA, everybody wanted to come. Literaly ppl drove through Hurricane Helene to not lose the opportunity to be here. A family of 3 had canceled flights from Texas, and they decided to drive 16 hours to still be here. We all loved the house. We were busy at all times having fun. The weekend went by quickly, but at the same time, we feel we did so many things in the property that seem to be more than just a weekend. No body regreted the drive even thou they are driving back today or during the next week. We had 4 teenagers in the group that parents had to almost drag them out today. Hosts are amazing. They are available for everything you need, tech difficulties, questions, and so on.
Everything was great. The games, the pool and the house were excellent. 100% recommended.

This place is AmaaaZZIINNGG!!!! With that being said somethings could use an upgrade: shower curtain in the main house near the Pepsi Room should be replaced; appliances need to be upgraded; TVs can be larger screens…… Otherwise Everyone had a great time and would definitely come back.

Fantastic stay! The Sweet Escape team was incredibly responsive to questions and making sure we were comfortable. We did just about every activity and used a recommended chef for 2 meals. Our son’s wedding was close by at Bridalwood Ranch. So convenient! My 93 year old mother stayed at the cottage and was very comfortable. She was able to walk up to the house with no problem. Can’t say enough about the theming and activities. Friends stopped by to visit and were in awe over the fun things to do, especially since their rental home nearby was a bit of a disaster. Thank you Alyssa for being amazing! Andrew, you have set a high bar for renting elsewhere in our future!

We spent my wife’s birthday here, having people from near and far, old and young and there was something for everyone. From the awesome themed rooms to explore and play in to the giant party room with arcade games, we loved every minute of our stay. We came to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. We had a party of 10, 5 adults and 5 kids ages 1-12. There was literally something for everyone. We were all amazed and in awe of the decorations and entertainment options. The ice cream social "club" was a huge hit with the kids. We also really appreciated the fencing around the property so we felt comfortable letting our 1 year old roam. Also, communication with the management team was top notch. We had a fabulous time at the Sweet Escape and really hope to check out one of their sister properties in the future!

Excellent stay for guests of any age! Rented for a small bachelorette party, and had a blast! There's so much to do (mini golf, scavenger hunt, murder mystery game, pool with a slide, arcade, movie theater, and dance room) that we didn't need to leave for entertainment the whole weekend. Owner was very, very attentive to my myriad of questions and concerns, and was responsive every step of the way. They provide recommended vendors for a paint party, bbq, luau, and other entertainment as well. For the price, it is well worth it!

The Sweet Escape was a great option for our family reunion. We had 18 adults and 27 kids ranging in age from 3 weeks to 15 years. We had 11 bedrooms. There were extra fold up cushions and linens and pull out beds. There was something for everyone. Time was spent at the mini golf and candy land outdoor game, as well as the chess game. So much time in the pool. The kiddie pool ice cream scoop was perfect for the littles and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. We had basketball shooting contests, there was a constant line at the race car game. The outdoor grill was great for our burger night. Before our arrival we had questions about kitchen items, etc. I always received a prompt reply to all my questions. Alyssa met us on our first day to give us the tour and explain everything. She even provided ice cream sundaes for our Sunday check in. She was awesome. We had a few issues we needed help with and she was right on top of it sending over maintenance for any issue. Never a complaint about having to help. If you are thinking about staying here- go for it. You won’t be sorry!

Yes. The entire estate is yours, one group at a time: 11 bedrooms, 5 gated acres, two buildings with two full kitchens, three living rooms, the ice cream pool, splash park, slide, sports courts, mini golf, playgrounds, the karaoke nightclub, both movie theaters and every game room.
The 11 bedrooms sleep 26 in beds (8 kings, 1 queen and two rooms with two bunk beds each). Beyond that there are 3 queen sleeper sofas, a day bed with a twin trundle in the guest house hallway, 14 twin rollaway and tri-fold beds, and 4 fully reclining theater seats with blankets and pillows. Absolutely. A good number of regular guests are corporate teams, church leadership and adult reunions. Adults get the Hershey’s spa with its sauna and massage chairs, the casino game table, high-tech VR, the cherry on top hot tub, the outdoor movie screen under the stars and 5 quiet acres with porches and decks.

Nine of the eleven bedrooms are at ground level once you climb the two concrete steps to the Lemonade Porch. The main house is built into a hill: one story from the driveway, two stories from the pool deck. Every bathroom has grab bars and two have walk-in showers, but there are no ADA-specific features.
Everything you need to live in the house is included: a large inventory of towels and linens, two fully stocked kitchens, pool towels and two laundry rooms. Paper goods are started for you and guests restock as needed.
Yes, outdoors, during a stay of 3 or more nights, with up to 150 guests. An event fee applies when more than 55 people are on site and it is waived on stays of 7 or more nights. Outdoor music ends at 9pm. For larger or later celebrations, Bridlewood Ranch is a 3 to 4 minute walk from the gate.

Orlando's theme parks are just over 35 minutes away. Clermont's stores and restaurants are about 10 minutes. You can hear the Disney fireworks from the hot tub at night.
Not on the estate, but Bridlewood, the lakefront wedding venue a few steps from the gate, opens its waterfront to Sweet Escape guests on weekdays with day passes for fishing and kayaking (bring equipment).
In person. We call a day or two before to arrange a time, meet you at the house, give the full tour and show you how everything works. Check-in is 4pm, check-out 10am, and your host is a text away throughout the stay.
30% down reserves your dates and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. A $1,500 refundable security hold is placed on a card the week of check-in. Cancel more than 120 days out for a refund minus a $285 fee; inside 120 days the deposit and any payments are forfeited.

It can also host an outdoor event with up to 150 guests.
