The Great Escape Lakeside was a phenomenal venue for our wedding. Our family and friends had an outstanding time with all the games and rooms. The pool slide is amazingly addictive. Andrew and Belinda are fantastic hosts with almost immediate responses to all of our questions.
The whole group had fun, but our bed in the risk room was horrific and wrecked mine and my wife's backs. Main grill is the outdoor kitchen was out and never fixed but they did provide a separate one. The pool and the slide were a big hit. You won't ever be bored or disappointed.

Nice little apartment! We enjoyed our stay and Austin was easy to communicate with. The unit looks just like the pictures. Location was fine and you can see the lake from the house which was quite nice. It was about a 15 minute drive to Universal and 15 from the airport so not bad!

I came with my family and there was enough room for all of us to have a bed. There’s was a lot to do on the property so we didn’t really need to leave (games, pool, etc.). We hung out by the pool a lot because there was a great view of the lake and 2 outdoor kitchens. 10/10 experience!
This is by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve been to so far. Beautiful spot with plenty of options of things to do. Austin did a fantastic job at laying out all the necessary information in advance and would answer any additional questions very promptly. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

As for the place, it was exactly what we wanted in our stay. Comfortable beds/couches, foosball table, pool, diving board, and beautiful backyard. Place was clean when we arrived and comfortable for the entire group.
Incredible home and property. Our family needed a large home for our annual family reunion and this was so perfect. We had plenty of room indoors and outdoors. The house was spotlessly cleaned and very comfortable. It really set the stage for fun filled family time. We would love to come back every year now.
The Great Escape Lakeside was a fun place to visit so many games to play. It's like a giant fun house. The only suggestion I would make is that they add a commercial refrigerator to the kitchen. We had a reunion there and tons of food. There was really not enough room in the fridge.

A rose hidden among the thorns, once you open the gate this location is a beautiful place to stay. Host and management were very responsive and quickly had help to fix a few small items, which made our stay live up to the expectations of the listing. Would love to come back.
The location is so beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t get to experience sitting out on the porch because it was freezing but it would have been extremely peaceful. Austin was also very easy to get ahold of. He also check in half way through the stay. Would definitely recommend 10/10

FANTASTIC! My husband and I just shared 10 year anniversary with a vow renewal and our dearest friends. We played like we were teenagers. And we had special shirts made to mark the occasion using the theme from the house. We used every sleeping area and it was very comfortable for all.

Right off a busy road (which means you're close to many things) but once you're in the backyard you can hardly notice, great lake view, great pool area with a bathroom, shade and fridge so you don't need to walk all the way to the house.

I travel to Orlando a lot and I've stayed at other properties hosted by Austin and they are always great! I loved the quaintness of the place, it was nice and cozy, but also super close to downtown. The view of the lake is great and the whole house is gated in so that was very helpful.

A very nice house in a great location only about 10 minutes from the downtown area. Austin was easy to contact but there was nothing with the house that needed his attention. The hot tub was very nice to relax in and both the hot tub and the pool were very clean. I’d recommend staying here.

Our group really enjoyed our weekend at Clear Lake. The house is very comfortable and was great for a much anticipated 4th of July getaway. We really enjoyed our time on the lake, in the pool and hot tub as well as our meals. Seth and Kylee were great and very responsive.
House was in great shape and very clean for our arrival, 24 hour check-in helped since I couldn't get my group to make up their minds (and Hurricane Matthew changed plans). Was easy to find after address was confirmed and there was a nice park nearby that we went running in, which was great.

This place is incredible. The stairs can be a little daunting if you have limited mobility, but the views of the lake you get in return make it all worth it. Very clean, very safe neighborhood. I recommend 100% The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly.
The property is really lovely and there were plenty of options for sleeping for our group of 18. The kitchen was a great place to gather and the outdoor space is quiet and welcoming. I am definitely saving up to rent the main home for my next family vacation, I wouldn’t even mind the guest house again! I can’t even put into words how amazing this home was it was the highlight of our vacation and I enjoyed being here more then I did at Disney world! There wasn't enough time to do every activity this house has to offer! I stayed in the Pac-Man room and was not disappointed. Every room was intricately decorated and designed and it was fun just to tour the house! There are indoor as well as outdoor activities so no one will be bored on your stay!
We have stayed at The Great Escape Lakeside and The Great Escape Parkside, both of these houses are amazing. The service is out of this world. The adults have had as much fun as the kids. This historic property is very unique. There is a beautiful lake view with a pool and hot tub. This is a huge area to hang out with a large group. There are plenty of themed bedrooms with private bathrooms. We especially loved the bistro area off the kitchen. The house was clean. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

This was the ideal location for us. Halfway between the airport and downtown. Universal was about 20 minutes away. There is plenty to do on Austins property, we went paddle boarding, had a bonfire, did some putting, went swimming, used the hot tub, and grilled out. All in all, very happy for the price.
This place was nothing short of amazing! The property was beautiful and the house itself had everything you could want and need. We took a before school starts family vacation here and the kids all loved it but the whole time was thinking how great it would also be with other couples or for a girls trip in the future :) Would highly recommend for a large group to spend time together in luxury!!
This was a great experience, the service was amazing. We had a large group children ranging in age groups from 1 to 18. They all enjoyed them self and loved the pool and outdoor games. We found the staff very friendly and they loved the estate and it showed.
Amazing staff and super tasty food with the best lake views and cable wakeboarding to watch from their extended outside patio that wraps around the building. They even have an outside bar and so many outside tables. Cute ducks and baby turtles to see with the kiddos as well. This is definitely a great place to visit!
Beautiful property and we had an amazing time. We hosted an event here and it turned out great. Lots of space in the backyard and pretty lake view. Lots of bedrooms and new bathrooms. the location is amazing to relax, bird watch and enjoy the spa pool or lake. the place is super safe since there is a gate for the property. it seems you are in another location for the calm and peace as opposed to being near the Orlando downtown.

We had an amazing stay! There was a group of 12 of us staying for EDC and the house was perfect size and location for our crew. We really enjoyed our stay at Medina Mansion. Our family enjoyed the pickleball, inflatable kayaks, ping pong, media/movie room, HUGE kitchen, and beautiful surroundings/landscaping. The beds were comfortable, we felt safe, and the house was stocked with everything we needed (cookware, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). We are definitely considering coming back again for another family reunion - it was perfect!!

Place was awesome and experience was great! The only negative thing i can comment is that the people prior filled the trash bins to the brim and never put them out to be collected. So we unfortunately had to leave our bags of trash on the floor where the bins were since we put them out on the street to be collected. Aside from that amazing experience!
Great size for a large group. The outside space is amazing! Great hot tub, great pool, fire pit, put put! The inside of the house is older and has various signs of wear but the bedding was all clean and super comfortable. There are plenty of gathering and hang out spots inside. The pool table was a great surprise!
Me and my children absolutely love our stay. Although we didn’t get to go out on the waters with a boat. They had fun in a pool. My son got into the cold plunge to see what that was really like. That was hilarious. We also spent some time in a sauna. Overall, it was a great experience for me and my children. Thank you.

I wish I could describe how engaging the game mansion is! I was there for four solid days of the StepAwayAndPlay conference, and there was barely time to both learn what I was there to learn and to take advantage of the house itself. Every inch of the place is entertaining and immersive. Too great. I can't wait to return.

The house is quite comfortable, just like the photos, and the garden area with a view of the lake is very beautiful. The sunset there is fantastic. It is 30 min away from Kings Landing Park, well located in Orlando. The host was incredible!
This house was very spacious for our group of 13 adults. Renting the whole house gave us both levels with two kitchens, laundry, and many bedrooms. Plenty of space for everyone! There are many upgrades in the house that lead to great aesthetics! The hosts were very responsive if anything came up and were pleasant to work with.

Our party of 20 stayed here for three nights and we had a great time! The pool was probably where we spent the majority of our time. The lazy river was a favorite with the group. All my questions were answered quickly by Alyssa, she was very helpful and polite. We will definitely look into booking another trip in the future!
Lake Lucy is by far the best place to go if you want to just lose yourself for a moment in time. Austin has modernized the Villa, but at the same time managed to keep the Villa in its natural state.

The house was amazing. Great views and a pool with a screen cover that made it a little more private. Each room clean and spacious. Master bedroom bathroom was huge and the shower was wonderful. Balcony off the master bedroom was a nice great as well as the views from the master bedroom at night are gorgeous. Would recommend.
Austin was a great host even though they had just been hit by the hurricane.We loved it not far from all the parks if you have a car and great to come back and just relax with a beer by the pool.we will be booking again next year.

Truly enjoyed our adventure at Great Escape! The pool and lazy river were my favorite and the kids hardly had enough time to enjoy all the activities. Set in very peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend for large groups, so much space to spread out but also accommodates when everyone wants to eat and hangout with each other too.

I've stayed at The Great Escape Lakeside twice and The Sweet Escape once. Andrew has always been fantastic to me and so was Alyssa. Check in was a breeze! At first it was a little disappointing. I was the first one there and I came to game! As the others began to arrive I couldn't get anyone to sit and play a game. The house is so fascinating that everyone wanted to tour before they would play, The great time I had anticipated turned out to be - EVEN GREATER!!

This was exactly what we were looking for, they had a room for separate room for wedding ceremony and a big room for the reception. The house is beautiful inside and out, there's a playground for kids so the kids are occupied when they get bored, and overall look is very elegant and the property is kept at a high standard, very clean and beautiful. There are many amenities including tennis court, sauna, theater, and the downstairs is an ultimate man cave. Overall very happy that we had our wedding here, the bride has a very beautiful princess room to get ready in.

Had the most amazing time at this incredible mansion. The owners literally go over and beyond. We have never experienced service like that before, it was true luxury. They even sent informational emails prior to our stay that alleviated all our questions. All their houses are now on our bucket list and we can’t wait to visit them all!

The Medina Mansion was the perfect venue for our daughters December wedding. The bride and bridesmaids loved getting ready in the princess room. They had their ceremony in the round room, cocktail hour in the game room and the reception in the event hall. The bride and groom greatly enjoyed the unique and gorgeous interior spaces for their wedding photos- especially the speakeasy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It totally fit the bill as we had a few days to explore the area and then a couple days to visit with family and enjoy the property. It totally accommodated kids and old people and made for a wonderful reunion. The host was very responsive as to the concerns we had when we first got there and we were able to work through it and it was a wonderful vacation.
Loved this place so much we have booked here twice! The location is great, it is close to downtown but also about 20 minutes from Disney! It has great amenities and the hosts were always quick to respond! Great place to stay!
Beautiful home, great pool and a nice neighborhood. We booked 3 hours before arriving after our flights home were cancelled. The host was great and it was a great value vs getting 3 hotel rooms near the airport.
We recently stayed here and honestly, it was an experience we won't forget anytime soon. The place was massive, with more than enough room for our large group, and every corner of the house was decked out in luxury. The host was super chill and responsive, giving us all the tips we needed to make the most of our stay and the local area. The pool area was a total hit, especially with the kids, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook up some epic meals. Sure, the place had a couple of quirks – a squeaky door here, a tricky light switch there – but it all added to the character of the mansion. All in all, it was a fantastic getaway, and we're already plotting our return next year.
Fascinating. It's like being in a movie. Each room is decorated with a different theme. It has play areas for both children and adults. The pool is very inviting, and you can go boating on the lake. The house has all the necessary amenities and is beautiful. It's a dreamlike place, in direct contact with nature.
We just spent 6 days here at the Great Escape Parkside and we had a great time with the family!! The water slide and lazy river were the best part of it all. We also did the Clue Escape Rooms and it was a great experience.

We traveled with our flag football team and coaches. We couldn’t have found a better place for our group of 22. The house was the perfect size to give everyone privacy but also allowed the boys to let their energy out with so many options for activities. From skipping rocks to fishing, running around outside playing football, the game room inside, the poker room in the basement, the movie theater, the fire pit for s’mores, soaking in the hot tub and sauna.
The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were perfect for sharing. The kitchen was the heart of our meals making us feel right at home.
We had an event daily an hour away in Canton but couldn’t find hotels with 3 star reviews or higher. Book the Medina Mansion, it’s so worth it and the price was a great values for our group to be under 1 roof. The hosts are extremely responsive and made our stay 5 stars. Book it, you won’t regret it. The memories made here are going to last our 14 Maui boys a lifetime. Mahalo Nui loa Medina Mansion!

We had a wonderful experience booking Lake Lucy Estate for our wedding. It was a very intimate ceremony and reception with more than enough room for our family, friends, and caterers. We loved having our wedding party with us the night before, it truly made the weekend more special for me and my husdband. The grounds and house are so well kept and clean; it truly is a beautiful house with a lot of history.
Had a wonderful and relaxing weekend fishing the lake and watching the sunset while fireworks went off from disney were visible as well and made our view amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great house for quick weekend trip! Had a concert to attend at the fairgrounds which is a convenient 15 minutes away. You could actually hear the music from the backyard. Plenty of space for our large group.
Spent most of our time in the pool and got tub since…Florida. Was also an easy trip to Winter Park and Winter Garden for some afternoon cocktails.

My family was in need of a beautiful location for my late mothers memorial service. We had people flying in from 6 different states and some of out of the country. Lake Lucy was the literal perfect venue for a memorial service that honored my late mothers strong desire for family and family gatherings. Staff was superior in taking care of all of our needs and the home was just perfect. I would recommend to anyone.

If you are wanting an escape with a beautiful view and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors, this spot is for you. The sunsets on the lake and the hot tub being so accessible are huge pluses. While it sleeps up to 15, it’s also a great place for couples or a few friends for a calm retreat. And, if you like birdwatching or stargazing, bring your binoculars!
We are a family of 5 and spent a week in Austins place visiting family as well as going to local attractions. Austins place is a great location near downtown Orlando as well as the parks and beaches. We rented this location for a golf trip in early October. The house was very accommodating to all of our needs and sleeping arrangements! We had no issues gaining access and no issues while we were there. They made the checkout instructions very simple and easy to follow as well! You are not going to find many place like the Lake Lucy Estate. It has about 3 acres of private space with large rooms and full bathrooms in almost every room. Lake Lucy Estate is such a unique and beautiful property. It’s is close enough to everything Orlando has to offer but when you are on the property it’s like your own private oasis. We grew up in Orlando and come to visit often and definitely will be returning to Lake Lucy Estate.
We had a great time during our stay in Orlando. Clear Lake Oasis is definitely an oasis in the middle of Orlando...the property itself is beautiful...the view from the master bedroom...the sunset over the lake...all in all the space was perfect for our needs and we look forward to visiting the oasis again! Austin and his team were very responsive...definitely 5 stars!

We were able to take advantage of the awesome hot tub, and the pool looked inviting but the weather was too cold to be able to enjoy it. The property and the precious people who run this property are one of a kind. Truly were the best part of my entire wedding planning process from day one. This house was the absolute perfect location for my bachelorette party. There was plenty of room for me and my girls, plus the pool/hot tub/lake area was awesome. I also loved the kitchen space, the uniqueness of the rooms, and that the rooms had tvs (we cuddled and watched Disney movies). This was the perfect reset space after doing parks all day! Omg we had the best vacation at the great escape. So many things to do for the whole family. The hunt for the lotto ticket was fun and holding the record for the fastest time to complete the world’s biggest maze is exciting. I completed it in less than 10 mins!!!! We loved staying in this house and the seclusion it offered with a pool and on a small private lake- so nice to wake up and have coffee overlooking the water and seeing florida wildlife.
It was only a 20 minute drive to universal which was convenient and less then 15 minutes to a cute area of shopping and restaurants called Winter Garden.
Check in was simple and the home is on a big fenced in property so you feel like you’re in your own little world.

This was the perfect pick for a lake weekend. It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. It felt safe with the security gate and seemed hidden away when entering. The sunset view from the hot tub was beautiful and boating around Clear Lake was fun. The only issue is that you need a key for the boat ramp but luckily we acquired one from a friend. We also loved how tropical it felt.

This property is absolutely stunning. Hosts were prompt and very responsive. Has everything you need - the sauna was incredible and the hot tub became a nightly gathering for everyone. The split plan (upstairs unit and downstairs unit) having 3 bedrooms, kitchens, dining, living spaces, etc created enough space between all my guests so everyone was able to enjoy the needed peaceful moments on the trip. CANT WAIT to stay again!

We have had an amazing vacation at the Great Escape Parkside. Our party of ages 18 months to grandparents all had lot and lots to do. The swimming pool and hot tub are large and well designed!

The house itself was beautiful! It was also only 12 mins away from universal which was so convenient. My friends and I absolutely loved staying here.. we loved watching the sunset on the dock/ patio. It was in a safe gated area. Honestly one of the best weekends we’ve had and the house just made it 10x better. This is an 11/10 place to stay and you’d be crazy if you didn’t stay here aha. The house itself was honestly perfect, was clean and a very clean/fun set up. Plenty of room/beds and was awesome being on the lake. We also rented the boat which was a ton of fun. The only issue with the house was the surrounding area however it was fully gated and had plenty of cameras for security. It's not really in their control

Austin's place was just as you see in the pictures. A very clean house and very comfortable for more than one family. There were clean towels in the restroom so we could use and the house overall was all very clean. The house is also in a very good location in a nice neighborhood being close to the theme parks and downtown Disney. Austin also replies very quick so if there are any questions, he always makes sure he replies as soon as he can.
Stayed here for the first time this weekend. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time! So many games, activities and fun to be had. Great for spending quality time with the family without having to leave the house.

The house is really close to camping world Stadium, it was absolutely perfect for us! I don’t know how suitable it would be for young kids, but we had a great time. I love it coming back to the house and relaxing by the pool with the view of the lake.

We throughly enjoyed all the period themed rooms and extra care to decor and snippets of historical facts. All beds seemed to be very comfortable. The back lawn, vegetation and views of the lake are so amazing! The place was very clean when we arrived, and hosts were super responsive and friendly. The hot tub and outdoor area is very nice. It’s near a very busy road, but this is actually convenient when scooting out for excursions or running out for “supplies”. We had Thanksgiving and had plenty of cooking supplies with their well/stocked kitchen.

This was a great birthday present for our about-to-turn 10 year old. There were so many activities and games to keep us all occupied. And Alyssa was very responsive, and took good care of all of our issues.

We had a small wedding with the family at the Historic Lake Front state, and everything was beyond my dream!
The house accommodated everyone comfortably, and the historic vibes made the most beautiful pictures I could ever wish for! The centenary tree in the backyard was the perfect place for my ceremony! I will never forget this incredible time.
We had a chance to keep the family together at the game room, around the fire doing marshmallows. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi even though was freezing outside! I have nothing to complain, only say Thank you for this time at the house!
This was surprisingly well tucked away from the city. It was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. House was well stocked, clean, and well kept. Hot tub and pool were clean and felt wonderful. Seth and Kylee were there when we needed them, but otherwise gave us privacy. I enjoyed watching their water dog occasionally swimming in the lake. Their dogs were very well behaved, and got along with our small dog very well. Highly recommend.

It gave my daughter and my new son-in-love everything they wanted for their special day. So fun!! We stayed here with a group of 22 (three generations) and all had a blast! So many fun on-site games and activities. I think the in-house theater and the arcade games were the biggest hits.

We rented Lake Lucy Estate for our wedding weekend and rehearsal dinner and we were EXTREMELY satisfied with our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and made the rehearsal dinner absolutely everything we have dreamed and more. The house is like a never ending maze- rooms just kept popping out of nowhere, each one cooler than the next. The place was absolutely spotless and property managers were super attentive and answered any questions we had promptly. I highly recommend booking this property for any event or even just a weekend stay, it's truly Orlando's best hidden gem. Thank you to the property management team!
Great accommodations. Our group was very comfortable in the rental home. The area around is typical of big city living. It felt safe and comfortable to drive around. We loved the flexibility of spreading out in a house versus separate hotel rooms. The view was amazing and perfect distance to Universal. We were able to navigate around easily and perfect amount of parking. The grounds were nice and the deck and hot tub were great.

The home was large and accommodated our group well. It was located right off Silver Star Road so you could hear some traffic going by. I felt more comfortable with the gate.
The kitchen was newly renovated and had an open airy feel and there was ample room to spread out. We booked it for a gathering of teens and family during the holiday. Having a separate area (game room) was convenient for the older kids.
We catered our event so it made clean up easy and no real mess! The sprawling yard was great for a game of soccer and the property has a chain link fence to separate the lake (from unwanted critters). The pool was a little cold but the kids swam in it nonetheless. The hot tub worked fine and we were able to use it. I suggest bringing a citronella candle to prevent mosquitos. We loved being able to bring our mini Aussie too!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home is spacious and very clean. It comes with all the necessary amenities that you will need and having private access to the pool/hot tub is a great addition. The location is perfect for families looking to attend Universal Studios or any of the other amusement parks in that same area. The hosts treated us kindly and were quick to respond to any messages that we sent. Would stay again for sure and definitely recommend to others.
Our family just spent three nights at Great Escape Lakeside and had an amazing time! We had ages 5 to adult and everyone had something to do! The kids swam in the heated pool for hours. The slide is so much fun! Kayaking was beautiful, even in January. And now our kids want us to build a human fooseball court in our backyard! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Our family came to Orlando to visit my son, daughter-in-law and 2 mo. old granddaughter. Austin's house was the perfect place for us to relax, unwind and enjoy each other. The house was fully equipped. The pool area was very nice and Austin allowed us to have a photographer come so we could have family pictures made. Austin was always prompt in replying to my emails. I would definitely recommend Austin's place to anyone wanting a house to stay in Orlando.

This property oozes the "Old Florida" vibe with the creature comforts of the 21st century. The sleeping arrangements are varied and flexible, to accommodate just about any type of group. The gourmet kitchen was well-stocked and with a little creativity, I was able to cook meals for 11 people for 4 days. There was even a blender for a special dessert. The property is 2 miles from a Publix grocery so anything we needed was just around the corner. The host supplied K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker, which was greatly appreciated. The group spent a good amount of time around the pool, and the outdoor kitchen, full bath, and outdoor seating area. made it a lovely place for us to visit with each other. I was extremely impressed with our host - he was polite, prompt, and professional with all communications. This visit was my first at a virbo and I'm looking forwad to many more.

A specular Home and venue. This gorgeous historic home has true Florida charm, sitting on the large Lake Lucy. The Owner and home coordinador helped to pull together the most picturesque Wedding of the century. They were both so helpful and always only a call/text away. Each room was carefully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable! The outdoor area was peacefully scenic with the pool contrasting the lush greenery, yet had a full outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and covered patio that added functionality as well. Inside the chef’s kitchen was made for large groups, the tremendous island allowed for everyone to help.The separate theater room with a full bar, projector, and full bathroom allowed for the electronic entertainment on one side and in the main living area the family gathered for conversation. Overall, I would highly recommend this property as a home away from home or an event venue that will exceed all expectations.

Celebrated my friend's 25th wedding anniversary w/friends. Had a Wonderful time. All rooms, except the dungeon room had their own bathrooms. We all had our own rooms. I stayed in the Operations room. Beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked w/everything that we needed (washer/dryers, kitchen supplies, bedding, bathroom supplies, & of course plenty of games).
This place was absolutely amazing. We were here for a Teacher conference on gamification and it did not disappoint. We worked and hand fun, we had fun and we worked. Sometimes we couldn’t tell which we were doing. The rooms are awesome- you actually feel like you’re apart of the game system. Young or old you will completely be engulfed in the action at every area in the house and outside of the house… we hope to come back again.
My amazing husband and I and our two fur babies, stayed two nights at this beautiful place due to having to evacuate from hurricane Idalia. This was such a great place for being an unplanned trip! The Speak Easy is an open room with two very comfy beds that pull down from the walls, an adorable kitchen, bathroom, and there is also your very own movie screen theater in the room! You have access to all of the amenities that the main house has! The beautiful pool, Hot tub, kayak, and paddle board right on the lake! The views are beautiful! We loved laying in the hot tub and swimming with that view! Not to mention you are surrounded by tropical trees and on a huge property! It felt like a little private oasis!! We also had the property to ourselves since no one booked the main house! This place is definitely a must experience and is in such a great location! We would love to come back and highly recommend Speak Easy! Thanks for having us!

Words cannot even begin to describe what an INCREDIBLE AirBnB this was! I have stayed at many different hotels and AirBnB’s and this has to be the absolute best one ever. My boyfriend and I rented out the Speakeasy for his birthday and because the main house was not rented out we had the pleasure of getting to enjoy the huge and beautiful 3 acre property all to ourselves. From the incrediblly huge and private backyard with the most beautiful and serene views of the lake, in addition to the hottub and the pool, the kayaks and the paddle board and the mini golf and everything else that was here, it felt like we were living like royalty having the entire property to ourselves. I could not recommend this AirBnB more and most definitely cannot wait to come back and book again soon. If I could give this place 100/10 stars I would. Don’t think twice about booking - the hosts were extremely communicative, kind and helpful, and this property truly is one of a kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Our family and I had an amazing time and we knew what to expect because the listing is honest about the condition of the house and reviews mention the community that it’s in. You come here for the view and the space, not an elegant 5* star stay. If it doesn’t take much to make you happy and you enjoy just being close to the water and nature, this is the house for you!

We booked the Lake Lucy estate venue for a gathering of friends for a "Friendsgiving" celebration. It was a wonderful venue to allow us all to gather and celebrate the time together. The house had a wonderful pool and hot tub and the green lawn accommodated fun games in the afternoon - soccer, bocce ball and other games.
The property is fenced from the lake - which prevents critters from being unwanted guests.
The kitchen was modern and accommodated our needs for the dinner celebrations we held.
To make life easier we catered both dinners and desserts but being able to package up and store leftovers was great. For anything we forgot we used Uber and had it delivered easily.
I would suggest bringing your own citronella candle outside to ward off mosquitos (since you're by the lake) - and bug spray but otherwise it is a great facility for a gathering and fun memories to be made! The house was very charming.
Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a big group. Wifi was great and the house had a few board games and a game room so that was fun too!

I hosted some of my cousins for a family gathering, 9 stayed the week and 5 other local cousins visited during the day. I couldn't imagine more accommodating hosts, they allowed us a 30-minute early check in which was extremely appreciated since I'd just walked out of Publix with 8, 1/2 gallon containers of Haagen Dazs! (THANK YOU, THANK YOU)
There was the perfect space for everyone to sleep; my 30-something male cousins thought the SpeakEasy was "da bomb", my cousin who appreciated her privacy loved the ensuite 40s room, and my other cousin who had trouble walking stairs took advantage of the Bridal room, swam in the saltwater pool each morning and used the shower in the poolhouse to freshen up for the day. I ensconced myself in the 30s room and read every piece of history available. The entire house oozes "Old Florida". It doesn't take much to imagine what it felt like to live in that house when it was new; the only giveaway to the 21st century was the central A/C, which I couldn't imagine living without.
The kitchen was immense and had everything I needed, including a blender for the Romanoff sauce for the strawberries. The Keurig was supplied with plenty of coffee and tea for everyone, and the big farmhouse sink with a spray faucet made clean up a breeze. I reveled in my private time each morning in the French patio, watching the fountain and the lizards scurry around.
I was in contact with our host a few (hopefully not too many!) times before and during our stay. Each time, I received a prompt, pleasant, professional reply. Every effort was made to address any question or concern; you can't ask for more from them. If I ever have another need for a family gathering in Orlando, Lake Lucy will top the list. If I ever have another need for a gathering anywhere, I'm going to check with Epic Vacation Rentals FIRST!

This is the perfect lake house for a large group. My ideal vacation is anywhere my friends can all stay to eat, relax, and just be together. This house was great: secluded, private, and many large gathering areas with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are spacious. There are so many comfortable sleeping arrangement options!

We had the best time ever at the house. Memories were made between cousins, friends, and family that will last a lifetime. We spent 4 nights and 5 days trying to do everything the house offered and never came close to playing everything. We never had to leave the house and were entertained more than any of us ever thought. This house was amazing! We rented it to celebrate our two son’ birthdays with all of their friends, and it did not disappoint!! It was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and right on top of anything that we needed. There was so much to do for both kids and adults. There was not one second of boredom, and we were all sad to have to leave. We are already thinking about the next time we’ll be able to go back for another visit.

The only thing that would have made this stay a little better is a giant couch in the common area. There are plenty of places to sit inside and out but only a couple small couches. Would stay again.

The owner is excellent at making sure you feel right at home. The artwork and detail that go into even the bathrooms will amaze you at times. We had 12 adults and 12 kids and this house was the perfect size. The property was large, but not too big. If you want some alone time, there are many places to hide out. The property managers were very prompt to respond to any issues. Everyone had a great time and will be back in the future. I actually felt like I got a vacation, instead of running around stressed out. So happy we could do this.

Can't say enough good things! the deck was beautiful, the neighborhood was very safe, lake view was awesome, the airport was only 15 min away, and it was 10 minutes to downtown.
Some of the other things that i liked was the attention to detail on all the furnishings. you can tell when people just piece mail a unit or when they put effort in and this place definitely shows some effort.

It is the perfect way to vacation with families - especially with little ones! We have a 3 & 6 year old and there is never a dull moment! From countless games to play, to a personal movie theater, and no one could miss out on the amazing personal pool with a lazy river and slide! We simply LOVE vacationing at all of the Great Escapes locations.

Our party of 12 kids and 12 adults had a fantastic time on our Mardi Gras getaway. Human foosball was so much fun. A vacation that all of us will remember!
So this house needs it's own TV show! Every room has a different theme (laser tag, Mrs. Pacman and Clue just to name a few) and each one is as fun as the next. The attention to detail used in everything from the paint schemes, to detailed instructions, to extra batteries everywhere you look, made this a definite spot to return to as well as one of my favorite trips in a long time. Hint: take a look at the pool from the patio on the second floor. Kudos to the owners!

We had an 80s themed 40th birthday party for my husband and had the best, most relaxing and fun-filled weekend. It's the perfect house for whatever you feel like doing. Half of the group can chill at the pool/hot tub, while the other half plays games. Our karaoke night may have just been my favorite night! They have truly thought of EVERYTHING and our whole group was wowed. We found the hidden lotto ticket. We won another game and got 2 free pizzas delivered. So FUN!!!

Exceeded my expectations... granted we just went through a storm, but the owners were great with their communication throughout the night and ensuring we were safe and were promptly up the next morning getting the premises back in order for our family. Very kind and supportive the entire time. The house was stocked with everything dishes, towels, laundry soap, etc. Karaoke was a family favorite as well as finding the clues to win prizes throughout the house. Best time ever!!

The Great Escape Parkside is a wonderful location to host family parties!!! The house is full of a TON of games and activities to keep the kids and guest occupied for Months!!! Outside they have a beautiful pool, equipped with waterslidesand Jacuzzi. The area is remote and your party will not be interrupted. So play your music, dance, eat, live, explore, play basketball, watch a movie, play ping pong, etc... You will defiantly not want to escape from this amazing destination!!
This was the most beautiful and comfortable place, right on the lake shore and with a screened in back patio with a hot tub and a pool, plenty of sleeping space inside and a beautiful interior. The gated driveway made everything seem very secure, and the goldfish ponds and guest house are such a enchanting bonus to the property. The owners were extremely responsive and motivated to address any questions and keep us comfortable. Very highly recommend you consider staying here!

There was about 30 of us adults, kids, teenagers… this house was fun for everyone! Love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen was big and had plenty of refrigerator space. Everyone enjoyed the movie room, lazy river, endless games and the lake! Truly fun for everyone. Andrew and his gang are a pleasure to work with, last year we did the candy land house! Next year hopefully we get to visit parkside!

Amazing place to stay! By far the most creative and thoughtful design of any home you can rent. We were only a group of 5 which allowed us to take full advantage of everything the home has to offer. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! With two young children it was also nice not having to leave and go to various attractions, this is thE attraction! Thank you to Andrew, Alyssa and the whole team. This was my second time staying at The Great Escape Parkside. The house is a blast for our entire group- multiple families with ages from toddlers to grandparents and everywhere in between. It is evident the owners have put a lot of time and effort into all the game options and home decor. There is always something to do. My child is happy to spend all day in the pool going down the side or floating around the lazy river. I love the air hockey table and movie theater. I can't wait to return!

Amazing hosts and beautiful scenery. A great place to relax and reconnect. My only mention would be to read the entire description when booking. Since it is two separate units certain areas are shared and off limits to upstairs guests. I usually go by photos and reviews skimming the description so it seemed a little misleading. (Since my family prefers private housing when using vacation rentals).
Aside from that that We would definitely stay at another property with ORLANDO EPIC RENTALS.
They even supplied the wood for the fire pit.
We held 6 seniors for their graduation combo grad bash and bday had a wonderful time and the owners are wonderful people great fun

wonderful experience from start to finish. the hosts were very responsive and helpful. you feel like you have your own oasis at the end of a private road (although note the sign does say "dead end" and the surrounding houses closer to the main road do need a little TLC). We loved using the hot tub and pool during our stay as well. There is some superficial work that could be done but for the location, value, friendliness, and amenities you can't beat this property! Would easily stay again.

Amazing can’t begin to describe this place! My family created lifetime memories in four days. The theme in each room and attention to detail was the key. Our favorites were the Jumanji Theatre, the midway carnival and the lazy river. We barely slept because there was so much to do. We ranged from ages 3 to 81 and there was something for everyone! The staff (especially Harley) was accommodating and I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Great Escape Parkside for the memorable family bonding time!

If you’re thinking about doing this, YOU SHOULD! The house is incredible but what really made our stay unforgettable was the team that runs this house. If we needed anything, they had it delivered to us. I couldn’t figure out the music surround sound and Alyssa showed up to teach me, whack a mole wasn’t working properly and Gary was there to get it fixed. Etc. Every interaction with their team was amazing and truly added to our stay. Thank you so much for creating this play land and running it so perfectly!

Wow what a fun time my uncle had a wedding there and with plenty of family there it made for a perfect setting. There is like 100 games or things to do here if you have kids or if you like to have fun and play games take a trip down here pool was amazing games were fun I loved it. Just make sure you bring a ton of people with you so all the activities are enjoyed. It is pricey I've heard but if you bring enough people to fill the rooms and help pitch in for a couple days you got yourself some good memories 👍

We had a family group of 50+ people from ages of 18 months to 90 years old. We stayed for a week and everyone was totally entertained the entire stay. There is just so much to do. Of course, my favorite was the lazy river around the pool. Many hours of relaxing were accomplished. I would say that our family used just about everything the house offered. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The owners are the best and immediately took care of any issues that came up. We are talking about doing it again!

The place was exactly as described and Austin was a great host. We didn't need to meet him in person, as we had no issues whatsoever, but he responded quickly to our messages which made the check in and check out process a breeze. The place was perfectly clean, modern and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and private while still being a quick drive to any part of the city. Even though the weather didn't hold out for us to use the pool, we really enjoyed the hot tub Austin allows his guests to use. Whenever I come into Orlando again I'll look first for this place. This is a great place for medium to large groups to go enjoy the Orlando parks. The place is renovated for the most part with nice and comfortable furnishings. It is very well stocked with kitchen essentials, 2 coffee makers and all cabinets are labeled , it has a washer and dryer which came very handy after a rainy day at the parks. The location is great to go to the parks, just a 15 to 20 minute ride to both Disney and Universal Orlando resorts . It is located on a quiet neighborhood and has a lake on the back. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition to relax after the parks . It is close to grocery and convenient stores .

We had a perfect stay at Austin’s house. #jessamine dream. The house was just what we needed for our party of five adults, six year old and dog. The location was close and convenient, minutes from I-4. The kitchen was completely equipped with modern cooktop, oven refrigerator, coffee makers, filters, dishes, flatware, wine glasses, utensils, pots and pans, soaps, plenty of extra towels. The AC was plenty cool, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Several choices of pool floats. We brought so much that we didn’t need. We are not water sports people, but the lake was beautiful and quiet. No noisy boat traffic, just peacefulness.
MAAANNNN THIS PLACE WAS SO AWESOME! My family, friends, and I plan to make this an annual vacation spot!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It comfortably fit our group of 13 with plenty of space to spread out, thanks to the 7 spacious bedrooms. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone, especially in the evenings. One of the highlights was being able to fish right off the dock—such a peaceful and fun activity for both the kids and adults!
The kitchen and common areas were well-equipped and perfect for group meals and hanging out together. Overall, this home was the perfect setting for our family vacation, and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Austin and his property manger did a fantastic job hosting the property. The property is in a great location...even close enough for a quick Disney visit. The pool was very refreshing and the hot tub was nice to relax in at night. We rented both upstairs and downstairs for a group of 16. It was a little tight for 16, but accommodated us with our needs! it was a great week, and we enjoyed staying at Austin's property. Any issues that came up, Austin and his team were right there to help! We also rented the boat for a day and the lake was amazing! The kids had a blast tubing and skiing. The fire pit for inviting at night and the kids and adults enjoyed the outdoor games. Thanks for being a GREAT Host!

I have stayed at Great Escape Lakeside and twice at Great Escape Parkside. This past weekend my entire family came for a Family Reunion. I can’t think of anyplace that could have been better. Youngest was 5 months and my Father was the oldest at 93. All of us were in the pool and had a weekend none of us at every age will forget. My 5 year old grand daughter cried when we left. You can’t replace memories made for a lifetime. Thank you so much Andrew for thinking of an incredible place for people of all ages to enjoy.

AMAZING!!!! 5 stars all around. What a lovely home, well taken care of and so much to do. We did some fishing in the lake, had a fire in the fire pit, played put put, and of course went swimming a lot. We loved having the two kitchens so our group could keep everything separate with each family. We had a couple questions right when we got there but Ghita answered them super fast.
We went downtown for dinner one night and it was only about 10 min away. However, there were a lot of good restaurants right around the corner so that didnt matter too much. The teenagers stayed in the 4the bedroom downstairs that was disconnected from the house and it was perfect. We grilled on the patio one night and had a gorgeous view. Perfect vacation for sure!
This place is an amazingly fun place to hang out for a few days- never seen anything like it.

The lake house was in a lovely location - close to lots of restaurants and shops, but in a very quiet neighborhood. The dock looks out upon beautiful Florida - palm trees and Spanish moss everywhere. It’s a lovely lovely spot to chill after a days work or play.
It’s nice that it’s a duplex so you can get some separation in your group if you need it. We were there for work on a video shoot with our crew, so the space really allowed for everyone to have ample privacy, and great getaways to take Zoom calls and work, but also a nice central spot downstairs to meet and have a drink at the end of the hard work day.
The hosts are a management company, and are very lovely and responsive. They worked to communicate well about our needs. Overall, I would stay here again and am glad we made the decision. :)
Such a fun place to stay - loved all the old school video games and the Pac Man themed room.
We booked this place last minute and it was perfect. First of all, the neighborhood is great. It's right off of orange ave and it feels very safe. The house is right on the canal of a big lake and the views are very nice. There are separate entrances for the upstairs and downstairs, but that was ok for us because we had 12 people so it worked out.
We used the grill upstairs and enjoyed dinner on the deck which was very nice. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub.
we had an issue w/ the fridge cooling and they immediately sent someone out to look at it. it turned out to be nothing major.
in general Austin and Ghita were extremely hospitable and so quick to answer our questions. We know homes are a lot of maintenance and we really appreciated how hard they worked to keep us happy.

We had a great time at Austin's place. This house has a perfect location in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood at the center of Orlando. We went to my nephew baseball tournament "the won", in Lake Mary 30 minutes away and visited Disney, a 25 minutes drive. There are many places to dine in the area like my personal favorite, El Taino Bakery. The house was very clean with extra towels and pillows for the 10 of us. The A/C works great and the kitchen has plenty of everything. The teenagers loved the outside bedroom playing board games well into the night letting the old people like me sleep. With all the amenities like the jacuzzi, pool, boats, a big lake and back yard for the dog, this is by far the best option around. On top of all of this Austin is a great host, he will respond fast in a professional and friendly way. All this things together made our first Airbnb experience a wonderful one.
We spent eight days at the great escape Lakeside and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever been on. What a wonderful way to enjoy your family all in the same house together with endless activities to entertain yourselves with! The movie theater was a big plus and we used the kayaks and canoes almost every day. You will be hard-pressed to find the same quality of lodging that has this many bedrooms anywhere else for the same price. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! We stayed for 4 days for a wedding and the entire wedding party was able to be housed. We did not even come close to being able to finishing all the games that are available! The pool area was unbelievable and that's where you found most of us! It was a once in a lifetime experience and I was so thankful to share it with the group I went with! The staff goes above and beyond to assist with your comfort and stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and I'm considering using this for functions in the future.
I loved it! I went here on a girl’s’ getaway, and we had the best time! This one had plenty of games and things to do both inside and outside, and we could have probably stayed a month and still not used everything!
You could take boats out on the water or go swimming in the pool, you can play any of the board games found in various places around the house, and you can even do an escape room!
Kids would love it here, but we were all adults and had an amazing time!
This place was absolutely amazing! We've been coming to Orlando for 5 years on a family vacation & this is by far THE BEST place we've been to! PLENTY of parking..which sounds silly but if you know these places in Orlando you know there's no parking. Stunning night skies bc you are secluded on 10 acres. Pool was amazing. Lazy river is not so lazy...it's fun & shoots you around the pool! Slide was scary looking but an absolute blast for everyone. Inside the rooms are nice & cool & all the games are fun to play. We will absolutely be back :)

We had an epic vacation at the Great Escape Parkside! Everyone loved the "pool" pool with waterslide, hot tub, lazy river, plenty of outdoor chair and table space, pool table, music, outdoor kitchen, and beautiful trees & sunshine. The rooms are very creative, and we had a great time with the escape rooms and laser room. The house had everything we needed ... towels, cribs, high-chair, dishes, lots of fridge space, laundry facilities. So much to do! We were well-entertained for the four days we stayed ... and no one was ever tempted to leave.
They had a lot of games to play with and plenty of rooms and the pool was awesome 👌 …
This house was AMAZING!!!! The details the owner put into each room, hallway, picture and decorative was like nothing I have ever seen. There is something for every age! We were a large group of over 20 people but it was never crowded and there was always someone playing some game. From a simple game of air hockey, settler of Catan, or ski ball to life size bowling, wack a mole and a pool with a lazy river this house has everything!! For you next party celebration or even just a weekend with friends... this house is the place to be! Blown away.

My husband and I chose the Great Escape Parkside for our joint bachelor/bachelorette celebration. We absolutely LOVED our stay and all of our friends and family had a great time! Unconventional for a bach trip, but truly perfect for us! Andrew and Belinda were super attentive to us all weekend and were sweet enough to congratulate us with a cake in celebration for not only our joint bach, but also my graduation from law school (which they remembered!). Thank you both for helping to make our bachelor/bachelorette trip everything we wanted it to be!
We celebrated my brother's and his fiancee's bach party here. Everyone had a blast!
Amazing is the word we will use for the Great Escape Parkside!! Our family just finished our 3 day weekend here and no one wanted to leave. Our only regret is it wasn’t long enough. The attention to detail in each room is incredible!! There was something for everyone in our group. The family interaction and bonding is like no other. The house is packed with challenges from the speed lights to who can sing better! The clue escape room was spot on. We created once in a lifetime memories that will be talked about for year to come. We would definitely visit again , only longer!!!

Family Reunion May 2024
I wanted to share a recent experience my family and I had at the Great Escape Parkside house. This was our first family reunion in many years, and I’m so happy we decided to have it there.
Any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away, and Alyssa was great! The house was everything we thought it would be and more. Our experience at the Great Escape Parkside house was awesome, and the whole family enjoyed their time.
We will definitely be doing this again!! If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate any longer. Book it! You won't regret it!
Great escape was very relaxing. This is our 2nd time using these properties and can’t wait to go back. Andrew and his team are very reliable, quick to respond if anything needed and Johnny on the spot if something need to be fixed. It’s almost like an all inclusive. Once your there, no need to leave. Can’t say enough nice words about these vacation homes. Few minor things that could be adjusted but nothing to keep me from returning.
It’s your loss if you don’t check it out.
Beautiful property, what an awesome rental location. My favorite rental property so far and we have rented many properties in the past all over central Florida. The amount of things to do in this house will keep you and the kids busy. The gamers and movie buffs will love the theater. You like karaoke, they have that. Chess, there were like 3 different types of chess boards, maybe more. You just want to have drinks and hang out, the outdoor fridge and grill right by the pool/jacuzzi can keep you busy all day while you soak, drink and eat. We stayed about 4 days but next time we will be staying a week or two.

We just left today after a 5 day vacation on The Great Escape Parkside House!!! We had such an amazing time! I have a 8 and a 1 year old and they had the best time ever! The pool is amazing, the house is very clean! Andrew is so attentive, he checks on you almost daily and personally delivers things if you request them (last year we suggested bigger pots for big groups and they brought them that day and this year we needed tables to play cards and he brought them that night!) Great customer service is hard to find these days so that is a huge plus! I definitely recommend this house! Can’t wait to go again next year!

We had such an amazing time celebrating my 50th birthday last weekend! There were about 50 people, adults and kids, and everyone had so much fun!! Some of our favorite things to do at the house were the lazy river, the giant water slide, the Not So Bored Game, the Twister room, the laser room, skeeball, all the carnival games (especially the speed of light), the Pac-Man room, karaoke, & the escape room!! There was so much to do that we all wished we could stay a few more days!! Since we got home, all my family and friends haven’t stopped talking about all the fun they had, and we all plan to go back again soon!!🎉😃🎈
We stayed here for Thanksgiving with 25 people. We all had an amazing time. There was something to do for everyone. Andrew & Belinda were awesome their communication was outstanding from the day we booked till after. I had forgotten my blow dryer they so kindly returning it with a little surprise departing gift as well, which is very thoughtful and kind. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation home rental. Everything was clean and in working condition. We will definitely book again!
There are so many words to describe the Great Eacape Parkside but one stands out above the rest. Creativity. Pure genius. There is not a detail that wasn't thought about. You can spend hours just looking at all the details that are in each and every room. The games are a blast from young to old. If you are bored then that's your own fault. There is something for everyone!!!!! What an experience! The owners were so hospitable, communicative and just all around great people. This place is amazing! Every single thing has so much attention to detail. There are so many great rooms, with themes of specific games from your childhood. I think my favorite was the twister room with the fan as the spinner. My husbands favorite room was pac man but he didn't really want to give me a favorite because he also loved the scrabble carpet and the Jumanji movie theater. The pool (billiard) theme pool is so unique as well. This place has so many games and activities to keep everyone busy for days! Even has a built in"clue" themed escape room, which was a lot of fun and challenging. A game lovers dream house!
It is a beautiful home and there is alot of stuff to do with the kids.
"Amazing" was a word that was used many times in the YouTube videos i watched before staying at the Great Escape Parkside!! After me and 40 other family members stayed here in June 2022 I can also say it truly is AMAZING! We are now wondering how we would be able to top our 2022 vacation. Probably only by returning to one of the other locations or repeat Parkside. The only real issue we had was closet space. Everything else was great. Everything you need in the kitchen, access to the laundry and the many towels available for the pool! We had an awesome and wonderful time leaving us with long lasting memories!!! Thank You for your creativity!!!!

We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with 54 of our closest family and friends at The Great Escape PARKSIDE and it was the most amazing time!! We spent 5 days making memories to last a lifetime for us and our kids/their cousins! The house was non stop fun! We all played from sun up to sun down. It is spacious and clean! The escape rooms are so fun and the waterslide and lazy river was loved by everyone! We can't wait to book again! If you are thinking of booking, DO IT!! The owners and Alyssa were amazing hosts and answered any questions I had basically immediately! Thank you so much for the awesome experience and making our anniversary one for the books!
Our big family had a fantastic stay! It was the ideal spot to host our UCF grad’s celebration with family and friends from near and far.
The house’s layout and space worked well, outfitted with multiple beds and baths, plus a large screened in pool area for fun without interference from pests. Our teenage kids loved the media room, playing endless games of pool, appreciating having their own space.
Our guests raved about the coziness of the home. And the guesthouse is a fantastic bonus.

We just returned from our second annual family vacation from "The Great Escape Parkside" and we had an absolutely wonderful time. There were 36 of us and we all fit comfortably. There is so much to do for the kids that you barely know they are there. They stayed so busy having fun that we had to keep checking on them because they were always playing in one of the many themed rooms or game room. The "Jumanji Theater" is so cool. We brought a movie ( there are movies there if you don't bring any) and watched it there and it was even better that a real theater plus the swimming pool is just perfect. We have already booked our next years vacation at "The Great Escape" and trust me... You should too.

OUTSTANDING place for a large family gathering. This was my third vacation at the Great Escape Parkside and I’m looking forward to booking another stay at Parkside or one of the other fabulous homes! We spent 11 nights over the Christmas holidays. The house was clean, the games indoors and outdoors were played many times over, but the best thing of all was the heated pool, lazy river, hot tub, slide and outdoor kitchen. So much fun had by all ~ 28 the first 5 days and 24 the last 5 days. Alyssa, Andrew, and all the team responded quickly to all my many requests from booking the house through checkout. I highly recommend GE Parkside if you are looking for an out of this world experience for young and old.
Never have I ever been to a more perfect family vacation spot!! This house is incredible!! The property is so secluded and peaceful and the rooms are like something from a dream. Everyone in our group (from month old babies to old grandparents) had an absolute blast. And to top it off, the owner stopped by with a beautiful cake to thank my father for his military service. So thoughtful. The management staff was so friendly too. Everything was above and beyond expectation. Highly recommended
I celebrated my 40th birthday at The Great Escape Parkside with family and friends and could not have asked for a better place to stay for a few days! This house provided endless entertainment and laughs for everyone. No one wanted to leave and numerous people from our party said it was the most fun they have ever had. Andrew and his team were extremely helpful from the moment we booked through the time we checked out. They sent out several communications and helpful tips about the house prior to the stay. Harley, was our key contact throughout the stay and kept in touch just to see if we needed anything. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a fun and unique experience to stay here!

I'm a 2-time Great Escape-er. I know most people use these locations as vacation destinations for their big families or extended families, but we used it for a corporate event. It was AMAZING! A PERFECT location for an event focused on game design and creative problem solving. (check out Stepaway.design if you're interested in that sort of thing)
The staff is wonderful. The collection of classic games and other electronic toys and gadgets ALL WORKED! I can't even get most of my gadgets and tech to work in my own home. The attention to detail in all aspects of the interior/exterior design blow my mind. It's impressive on so many levels that it's hard to write a short review.
If you're looking for a unique vacation spot for your family... especially if you have kids... this is THE BEST SPOT!

My fiancée and I held our joint bachelor/bachelorette here and we had an absolutely amazing time! This house is incredible! It's even more impressive in person than it is in photos/videos. All of the facilities are very well maintained and everything works. The team and especially Alyssa are delightful to work with. During our stay, Alyssa was attentive and made everything so effortless. The functioning lazy river was a hit and the slide is so fun! The slide is safe enough that anyone can do it but fast enough that thrill seekers will thoroughly enjoy it. The only bummer that you'll experience is the fomo from not taking advantage of everything that this house has to offer because there's just endless things to do. Highly highly recommend The Great Escape Parkside and we can't wait to experience the other properties that they have to offer!

We just celebrated a family event (a Bar Mitzvah) at the Great Escape Parkside. We had the most amazing experience! We had some minor concerns with the littlest things, and they were all taken care of within hours. We could not be happier. From the pool to the little touches around the house, we used every aspect of the house, and were wonderfully entertained for the 3 days we were there. Our youngest was 4 months, and we went up to 6 grandparents. I was surprised how easily we could create memories with even the "little things" (for example, the large chess set was used multiple times, and the vertical chess set was used throughout the weekend, as was the scrabble). The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great, we could easily cook for the crowd we had. The kids were so entertained, the adults got some time to themselves! I highly recommend Great Escape Parkside!
The place is cute and exactly as pictured. Surrounding area is a bit gritty but you are literally 10-20 mins away from downtown and Disney! The place is gated making it very private. People rent the main house so you share a driveway and backyard with anyone renting the main house. The lake is nice and we even caught some fish during our stay! Austin was very responsive and if there are any issues he is quick to make necessary fixes. If you are looking for something different that is close to downtown and Disney, check this out.

The Great Escape Parkside blew us away once again! Last year, we came with a group of 29, and this year it was just 11 of us — and honestly, it was just as incredible. Whether you're coming with a huge group or something more intimate, this place delivers beyond expectations.
The rooms are pure fun — each one a new adventure that kept everyone smiling. The pool and lazy river were, as expected, a massive hit, and the weather couldn’t have been better for all-day lounging. The game room upstairs? It still feels like an arcade dream come true — nobody wanted to leave.
What stood out this time was how seamless everything felt. From booking to check-in, the staff had everything perfectly dialed in. We also followed their catering recommendations again, and it did not disappoint — delicious and on point!

WOW! If you want a truly unique experience, this is the place to go. There is something to do for all ages. There are many super sized outdoor games like Human Bowling, a gigantic outdoor dart board, Wack A Mole, Chess and my favorite the Never Be Bored Game. This is a huge interactive board game that incorporates activities like Yahtzee, Connect Four, Jenga, Marble Race and Tether ball. You could easily play this game for hours, hence living up to it's name Never Be Bored. There is also a volley ball court and basketball as well. Worried about rainy days? No need to worry. The interior features multiple unique interactive rooms like Scrabble, Clue, and Xbox. Yes Xbox! With six bunks each having it's own game controller and TV so you can play each other from the comfort of your own bed! It's a gamer's dream. There is a Jumanji themed movie theater and a Carnival Midway Games room that you have to see to believe. The owners are very hospitable and responsive to requests. I would say this is a once in a lifetime experience, but I can guarantee after your first stay you will definitely want to come back for more.

My family spent this spring break at GEP and it was the best vacation I've ever been on! My sister and I have been dreaming of vacationing here for years and it did not disappoint.
First, the staff is awesome! We had a wandering toddler and inquired about a baby gate for the stairs. Andrew and his team didn't just say "no there are none at that location" but "none at the moment, but I'll get one to you by the end of the day" and they did. We had some miscommunication regarding some charges on our reservation but the staff was quick to respond and get it fixed for us. They even called on some soothsayer friends to perform a rain dance and keep the rain away for one more day 😂
The location is great and not too far from nearly anywhere you want to check out in Florida. We didn't wander too much though as we were having such a great time at the house.
There are so many things to do at this house... We didn't even come close to doing everything we wanted, even being there for 7 days. But there was zero boredom, tons of play, and countless memories we will cherish for years. Guess we will just have to come back to get the things we missed, but not until we check out the other estates!
Would definitely stay here again. People in other reviews are a bit dramatic with respect to the location, you are totally secluded down this road and there is a secure gate and wall to get into the place.
The lake is beautiful, the dock is awesome, the pool was great. If you are a large group of friends, this place is ideal. Plenty of beds and plenty of space to move around and even separate if you are tired of them.
If anything is not to your liking, I promise Jason will work hard to rectify anything. Would definitely book again.
Great escape with family tons of good fun in great environment
BEST TIME EVER AT GREAT ESCAPE!! 25 FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND EVERYONE THRILLED! we probably had the craziest party that anyone had there since we all had to wear goofy clothes and props every day, we had theme days (ie: tiny hat and mustache day), we had every meal catered by local restaurants, we had a craft table all over the kitchen table, our ages were 26 thru 70 and there was something for everyone, we had many competitions, we had our own "passports" that had to be signed by the winning person you played a game with, we filled both refrigerators with extra food, we used every inch of the resort, it was a 40 year old birthday party, the slide was used alot and while you were sliding down you had to yell a greeting to the birthday girl, the huge games outside were used even in the light rain, the beds were totally comfortable, we marveled at each game room, the theatre was a nice break from the crazy music we blasted 24/7, we had so much pool time and there were huge piles of towels for us, the lazy river was used almost 24/7 by someone (even middle of the night) and everyone had silly head animals or crowns, or headbands with things bobbing on them going round and round that lazy river, along with boas and tutu's and hats.
the huge chess game in the big open space was a hit, there are actual boxed games glued to the ceiling pointing the way to the room with that theme, there are games inside of games!!! creativity was at the highest level. we had people come from a few different countries and from all over the U.S , so quite a melting pot and the resort was the best days ever for everyone. 5 stars bar none.
I must say this home was everything I expected and more!!! The host was very polite and professional. My 45th birthday could not have been any more memorable. My family and friends enjoyed every room, games and pool. We even had the luau package as well. The only issue was with the surround sound. I had to keep my phone close to the theater room in order for it to stay connected. I definitely want will be reserving the other homes of this owner. You will not go wrong with reserving this home!!!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our stay. The hosts were super down to earth and easy going. We were previously planning on staying in a different air BNB in downtown and the guy cancelled on us with no explanation. Throughout the entire weekend we constantly talked about how lucky we were that the original host cancelled so we could stay at this amazing place. The house was just gorgeous and was such a nice place to hangout that we actually decided to just stay in a lot of the time instead of going out to the bars as originally intended. 10/10 you want to stay here.

The mother-in-law suite has charm and a lot of potential. The garden area with the putting green and the koi pond definitely needs some maintenance. We enjoyed relaxing lakeside next to the fire pit.
There are some essentials that the home away from home lacked. There were no extra wash towels, no hangers, ironing board or iron. There is also no broom and not an adequate amount of cooking essentials. The freezer on the refrigerator was not working properly as it was iced over. The toilet is on a septic tank so you have to be mindful of the flushes or risk having the toilet backed up.

Guys, this place is legit! You’d never know you’re in the middle of Orlando just a few minutes from downtown—it’s peaceful. House is great, we packed 15ish people into it during the weekend and it never felt overcrowded. Our hosts were super flexible with check in/out and make it a really enjoyable weekend for all of us. We brought the dogs too and I think they had more fun than we did! Also highly recommend renting the boat out for the day—Josh and Alex are amazing and taught all of us how to wakeboard and wakesurf for the first time!! Overall, 5 stars. Check out the Hideaway Bar too while you’re there for some good vibes and good food.

Our family stayed here for a week. I was a little nervous about the location however, we did not have one problem. We were able to get Ubers, and grocery delivery no problem. It was quiet and private. The parking inside the gate was great.
The view is beautiful and we loved the sunsets!
We used the firepit several times at night.
Having the guest house on the property worked out great for our parents. They could get away from everyone and relax on their own. Having that extra refrigerator also helped.
We enjoyed the bocce court and putting green.
When we had a question for the property owner, the responded quickly.
We spent a lot of time boating on Clear Lake!

The hosts were also responsive and friendly and very clear in communication. I appreciate the their candor and honesty regarding the location. I felt prepared walking in with its gritty surroundings, and the information up front combined with the gate and security features of the property definitely put me at ease and I enjoyed my weekend immensely. The house itself was also as described and a perfect spot for a quick weekend staycation. We actually didn’t have much trouble with getting a ride share/cab and we close to all the downtown activities we had planned. The kitchen, the pool, the sheer number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the lakefront property were exactly what we were looking for.

We will 100% rent here again. We had such a great time, and for us the location was
perfect. We were visiting family and wanted somewhere close enough to the parks where we could see them and do a park in the same day.
I was a little worried about the pool because I had read a review about it being dirty, but it was clear the whole time. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and hanging out by the lake. There is a nice fire pit on site, too.
The one negative i will say is that it looks like they are building a bocce ball court or
something and its not quite done yet. It
didnt really affect us at all though. There is a nice putting green, and the kids had a ton of fun playing on that. If I could give 10 stars, i would!
This place was exactly what I hoped it wouldn’t be. It was incredibly misleading from the photos. Truth be told, the photos just don’t add to how misleading the post is to rent this home. It’s misleading because the pictures don’t provide accuracy to how beautiful this place is more outside than inside. The sunset and rise over the water that can be viewed from the bedroom balcony of the pool area is something g that idk if I could have put a dollar amount on. The pool is cool and the jucuzzii was nice as well. The space could have used more cleaning because it was quite dusty inside and the bedding would need to be upgraded to match the quality view. I look forward to returning back to this Corry property to experience the privacy coupled with the priceless outside experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Orlando Epic Rentals! Their team was so responsive and kind to communicate with before our stay. I had several questions along the way and they always responded promptly and politely!
When we arrived for check in we were a few minutes early and actually got to meet the property manager and he was so nice and helpful upon arrival!
Our stay was wonderful! The house is very private and gated so we felt very safe! Between the main house, guest house and the size of the property it was very roomy! The pool was incredible, the view was unbeatable and honestly we could’ve spent a whole week at the house and been content.
However we did go shopping and to Universal studios while we stayed and the drive to get there was super easy and convenient!
In conclusion, we highly recommend this stay to anyone considering and would love to return in the future! Thank you Orlando Epic Rentals!

Okay, so I've rented from Austin before, along with many other hosts, and I seem to have excellent fortune with all hosts. HOWEVER, Austin, simply, is a cut above the greats. He and his team are absurdly great! They're so attentive to any questions I have, are VERY clear and informative of how to make the house easy to navigate, prepare for a great weekend, and even to close up and check out is simple, easy and not stressful in any way. I actually want to do another house rental from him that is a different house, because I've done the same house twice in a row over the last two birthdays, and the house is literally amazing, but I just feel at this point, I'm missing out on other properties he may have!!
Seriously, I mean every word. We live in a society where honesty seems to be a thing of the past at times, and responsibility is a game of blame. Austin and his team, truly make you feel at home, even when you're away from home.
We've been to both the sweet escape and now the great escape lakeside. Both experiences were wonderful. We loved the layout, we were amazed at all the art and activated and wildly entertained with all the added subtle comments and clues all around the property. When we had a question they were right there with a quick answer. They even came out in a rainstorm after dark to help us find a simple light switch. I would highly recomend staying for a more than memorable experience. This is much Better than a theme park.
Awesome place for a family vacation. Close enough to the parks for those who want to go but you definitely don’t need to leave the property to have a blast. The owners are spot on checking in via text to make sure everything is perfect. We had a problem with an a/c condensate pump and they had it fixed within hours of telling them. We encountered the pool and groundskeeping staff while there and they are super friendly too. 10/10 would recommend for almost any gathering and can’t wait to try one of their other homes.

We rented for a weekend birthday party. The place was great. They were attentive to anything that went wrong. A couple of the machines were down and the lake was low but in no way did this damper the fun. Would love to return at some point to another of the properties. The outside games and pool were endless fun even though it was a bit chilly while we were there. The only downside is that the bed in the dungeon and dragons room is quite uncomfortable so I slept a lot in the Theater (extremely cozy). Thanks for the great time.
Rented this for our Bachelor/ Bachelorette weekend and it was great! Everyone had enough space of "their own" but there was plenty of common space to bond. There is so much thought put into every space in this home. We had a blast with Human Foosball and us girls really enjoyed the escape room. The owners/staff are so friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were quick with replies/answers. An amazing experience. One to always be remembered. I would recommend this to anyone and would rent again
What a fun house! Great place for a large group to come, play and relax. Each room is a different theme. All are based around classic board games. Prices are reasonable when split with others. A great place for family of all ages. We went on a work retreat here and all ages enjoyed the games and time spent. It is on a beautiful private lake with abundant wildlife and great photo spots. The rental comes with kayaks and canoes and the lake is full of fish! Highly recommend this spot for a family reunion or a get away with family and friends.
My family and friends has an amazing weekend at Great Escape Lakeside! So much to do and see that 3 days were not enough! The home was big enough and more then comfortable for us 21 adults and 7 kids. The slide, pool, and lazy river were a hit for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would possibly need, including crock pots which made preparing meals so easy!
Lastly, all staff were great! Easy to communicate with and Harley welcomed us to the home and did a great job showing us around! Will definitely book another stay soon!
Best vacation EVER! We eloped here with 15 other of our closest friends and hosted everyone for a long weekend. Such a phenomenal property. You literally never run out of things to do in this place! Whether you're having fun in the game-themed house, in the movie theater, an escape room, playing games, or singing karaoke or enjoying the outdoors, swimming in the pool, playing human Foosball, laser tag, basketball, kayaking, canoeing, or fishing on the lake or relaxing by the lake, taking a walk, or lounging in the hammocks, there is literally something for everyone. The house is clean and well maintained, and the management team is excellent and responsive. I highly recommend this property, and we look forward to returning!
We spent 2 weeks at The Great Escape Lakeside and had the most amazing time! Kids as young as 2 and up to 12, young adults ages 18-20, and adults 30s-60s. There was so much for everyone. The house was clean and well maintained. I was a little concerned about being able to run and operate all the games etc, but the check in tour was so helpful going over everything AND there was a QR code with directions for everything! Owners and staff was always very responsive for issues (texted over front door code and the hot tub and got an immediate response with resolution). This is the perfect place for large families, reunions, and wedding parties!
I stayed here for a retreat with middle school students. I highly recommend for kids, families, friends, parties. The house is clean, well kept, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And the themed rooms are so thoughtful you’ll be excited to use of all of them. The highlight for us with the swimming pool with slide, hot tub, and lazy river. We loved the hammocks by the fire pit at night. Don’t forget your bug spray! The customer service was top notch, you can text throughout your stay with any questions and they will email you suggestions for local activities and connections. We can’t wait to book again in the future. It was an unforgettable weekend!
We went here to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with family and friends from ages 6-80, and we had a fabulous time! There was so much to do inside and outside! The rooms are amazing with games of all kinds, and everyone enjoyed the gigantic Word Find on the wall! The staff was absolutely amazing--thank you Alyssa--and made us feel at home. You can call on them at any time and they really wanted you to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend a family vacation here! The grandkids definitely enjoyed the pool and slide! It is isolated but at the same time close to stores and restaurants. Can't wait until our next visit! Definitely more than a 5 Star rating!!
This house is beautifully decorated. My family really enjoyed staying here. It was everything we expected and then some. We were greeted for a walk through by the owner Andrew( whom by the way , I loved talking to), and by one of his staff members, Alyssa. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. All throughout our stay Andrew and Alyssa either called or texted to make sure we were enjoying our stay and make sure we didn’t need anything. Great hospitality!!!! We just came home to Philadelphia after a six night stay at the Great Escape Lakeside and wish we could have stayed another week. We absolutely loved it and had so much to do and so much we didn’t get done. My family is very large and the vast property accommodated us well. The owner Andrew and property manager Alyssa were very accessible and helpful!!
I thought the human foosball was going to lame but it ended up being my favorite activity there along with the “Clue” themed escape room. And so many more activities to do. There was never a shortage of options. Half the family binge-watched “stranger things” in the very cool Jumanji Theatre while the others played games or relaxed in the pool. I highly recommend renting out this property. We definitely want to go back but can hopefully stay longer next time!! Thanks Andrew!
We had an absolute blast! There was more than enough space for our entire group. We had all manner of ages, and everyone enjoyed themselves and had something to do! The property itself was awesome. There is no reason to be bored in this house. The kids had fun chasing armadillos...lol. The pool was a hot spot for many in our group. I was going to add photos, but I realized I was busy having fun, that I didn't take any!
The staff was amazing, and very responsive to any and all of our needs. We did have an issue with the pool that was not anyone's fault, but is was resolved way quicker than expected. They were communicative the whole time, while also giving us interim options, and we were happy with the ultimate result.
We as a group are already planning another stay at one of the other properties they own!
10/10 recommend staying here!
34 friends all together in one place, it was so much fun! It was nice to not hear "I'm bored" from the kids! It was rainy when we arrived, but that was no problem because there was SO much to do inside of the house! Our kids favorite indoor activities were the laser maze room, arcade, the giant chess set, the escape room, and the Jumanji theater room! The parents loved being able to hang out, not having to worry about the kids, knowing they were safe and contained in this huge home!
Once the skies cleared everyone went outside to enjoy the huge go fish pool, lazy river, and slide....then when they were done with swimming they tried out the human bowling, canoes, and paddle boat! We wish that we would have had more time to do everything....this was definitely a memorable experience for the whole family. Hope we can make it back out soon!

We came as a family of 12 to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Due to COVID-19, we took the added precautions of wearing masks inside, but even that didn't deter our fun. What an amazing place! Every time you turn around you'll find another clever detail. There is too much to do to get to enjoy it all-- even with several days here! Highlights include the Clue-themed "escape room," laser maze, and human bowling. Games (board games, brain teasers, arcade games, outdoor games, video games, etc.) for every age, skill level, and interest!
The service is outstanding. We mentioned to the owner that it would have been nice to have a reading lamp in one bedroom and his response was "we'll have one installed within 46 minutes!" (And we did!). Can't recommend highly enough... everyone in the family is trying to figure out when we can come back and try one of the other houses!

I was married here & have several positive things to say. It is a beautiful place to have a wedding &there is plenty to do for entertainment. As an Army brat we have traveled a lot. Many of our closest friends live far apart. It was wonderful to gather together in a place where everyone could enjoy. Between the pool, mega theater, lake, endless games, more to do than we could ever imagine, I could rest assured that my guests had entertainment while I was busy getting ready and trying to mingle with loved ones. The Estate is mind blowing and I am glad everyone enjoyed the countless entertainment options. Family that traveled from far away were able to stay together, with rooms to spare. It is a beautiful estate and I have so much to say about this stunning location. It is a perfect venue for a fun, unique, family focused and small wedding. It was a magical day and a fun fun fun place to tie the knot. Getting married is one of the biggest life events I will ever face, I am so blessed, so lucky, so grateful for the special day and the memories we will always share. The pictures fall short from its beauty & the options for memories that will last a lifetime.
