Clear Lake Casa

Nice little apartment! We enjoyed our stay and Austin was easy to communicate with. The unit looks just like the pictures. Location was fine and you can see the lake from the house which was quite nice. It was about a 15 minute drive to Universal and 15 from the airport so not bad!

Great hosts! House was very clean and spacious, perfect for a group of people. Seth was super helpful and friendly. It is actually nice to have him on property. My only complaint is the surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but the property is gated. Overall great experience!

This is by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve been to so far. Beautiful spot with plenty of options of things to do. Austin did a fantastic job at laying out all the necessary information in advance and would answer any additional questions very promptly. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

A rose hidden among the thorns, once you open the gate this location is a beautiful place to stay. Host and management were very responsive and quickly had help to fix a few small items, which made our stay live up to the expectations of the listing. Would love to come back.

I travel to Orlando a lot and I've stayed at other properties hosted by Austin and they are always great! I loved the quaintness of the place, it was nice and cozy, but also super close to downtown. The view of the lake is great and the whole house is gated in so that was very helpful.

If you are looking for a well maintained spacious house for 10-12 people look no further. This place has beautiful sunsets on a lake, a pool and hot tub and a homey vibe to make you feel at home in Florida. I will definitely ask to book here again when we return next year!

Our group really enjoyed our weekend at Clear Lake. The house is very comfortable and was great for a much anticipated 4th of July getaway. We really enjoyed our time on the lake, in the pool and hot tub as well as our meals. Seth and Kylee were great and very responsive.

The place was amazing! Everything is just as advertised or maybe even a little better. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation away from home. Hosts were quick to reply and very cooperative with everything. You won’t be disappointed!

Great house with a ton of space. Pool, hot tub, large living area and a nice dock to fish and catch bass! This house has it all and was in a reasonable distance from all Orlando has to offer. The hosts were responsive and helped make our stay great. I would definitely recommend staying here

Would certainly recommend. We had a large group and it was able to accommodate us very comfortably. The view of the lake is great, we went paddle boarding and had coffee on the dock every morning. Pool was clean and lovely, we would be happy to stay here again!

The property was well maintained and very secure. The pool and hot tub was perfect. I would suggest this property to anyone and already have.

the location is amazing to relax, bird watch and enjoy the spa pool or lake. the place is super safe since there is a gate for the property. it seems you are in another location for the calm and peace as opposed to being near the Orlando downtown.

We had an amazing stay! There was a group of 12 of us staying for EDC and the house was perfect size and location for our crew. Jason was very easy to get ahold of, the rooms were very spacious and the house was well stocked with everything we needed! We’ll definitely try to stay there again for next year’s EDC!

Great size for a large group. The outside space is amazing! Great hot tub, great pool, fire pit, put put! The inside of the house is older and has various signs of wear but the bedding was all clean and super comfortable. There are plenty of gathering and hang out spots inside. The pool table was a great surprise!

The house is quite comfortable, just like the photos, and the garden area with a view of the lake is very beautiful. The sunset there is fantastic. It is 30 min away from Kings Landing Park, well located in Orlando. The host was incredible!

Check in was super easy. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the view of the lake is worth every penny. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a relaxing stay.

If you are looking for a place to rest and relax, this house is the one, finding a pool, Jacuzzi and sauna in one place is wonderful.
Unfortunately we had little time to enjoy it, but our next vacation will be in this beautiful house.

The house was amazing. Great views and a pool with a screen cover that made it a little more private. Each room clean and spacious. Master bedroom bathroom was huge and the shower was wonderful. Balcony off the master bedroom was a nice great as well as the views from the master bedroom at night are gorgeous. Would recommend.

This house was absolutely amazing! It looks like it’s in a rough area, but then you get behind the private gate and the house is like a hidden gem. Jason was extremely responsive to all my questions and incredibly accommodating!

Fun place to stay. The master bedroom is really spacious and has a large bathroom. The pool table is a great touch. Beautiful lake view with a really nice screened-in swimming pool that is 8ft deep. Hosts had great communication.

Loved this place so much we have booked here twice! The location is great, it is close to downtown but also about 20 minutes from Disney! It has great amenities and the hosts were always quick to respond! Great place to stay!

A clean, beautiful house with an amazing outdoor space. We spent almost no time indoors with that screened in porch and pool. The whole group loved every minute and we can't wait to rebook for next year!

If you are wanting an escape with a beautiful view and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors, this spot is for you. The sunsets on the lake and the hot tub being so accessible are huge pluses. While it sleeps up to 15, it’s also a great place for couples or a few friends for a calm retreat. And, if you like birdwatching or stargazing, bring your binoculars!

The space worked out great for our quick gathering in Orlando. Beautiful setting on the lake with stellar sunsets both nights we were there. Hot tub was a plus on the cool evenings during our stay.

We rented this location for a golf trip in early October. The house was very accommodating to all of our needs and sleeping arrangements! We had no issues gaining access and no issues while we were there. They made the checkout instructions very simple and easy to follow as well! We're already discussing getting this same place for our trip next year as well!

The place is a great place to stay for a group Family vacation. It’s spacious and It has a wonderful view! We had the opportunity to catch a beautiful sunset while chilling by the outside deck.

We had a great stay at Clear Lake Oasis...and it is appropriately named...an oasis in the middle of Orlando. The view of the lake is beautiful...especially at sunset when the light of the sun setting dances over the lake. Austin and his team are very responsive. Austin's place was great! And Seth, the property manager that lives on premises, was very nice. It is a very spacious house, with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to take advantage of the awesome hot tub, and the pool looked inviting but the weather was too cold to be able to enjoy it. We will definitely look this place up again if we need to stay in the area.

My family of 7 truly enjoyed this property. It is very spacious, and equipped with everything you may need. It is located close to downtown Orlando where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The beautiful lake in the back was perfect for our early morning coffee. It was exactly as Austin explains in the listing. I will definitely be going back when I visit Orlando again.

This was such a fantastic place to rent. The service of everyone involved was incredible. Ghita and Austin, along with Charlie ensured that our stay was totally enjoyable from beginning to end. If there is one word that I could describe this place: oasis. This is truly a diamond in the roughs. The view of lake from the master bedroom in the morning and afternoon is breathtaking. The beds are more than accommodation for larger groups. Also, there were too many amenities that we were not able to take advantage of. We celebrated our birthdays and had access to amazing amenities and an easy drive to downtown Orlando and the surrounding attractions. We had a great and relaxing stay.

This house was perfect for us! Close to the theme parks but also a hidden gem on the lake. Pet friendly and managed by two awesome people who were welcoming and friendly. Their dogs became best friends with our pup and it was truly a highlight of our trip. Felt like we were staying at a friends house. The house had everything we needed, pool ans hot tub were amazing. We had 2 families stay here and had a blast! The pool was the best and we were able to get to Universal studios with ease. We loved the balcony and the patio as well.

This was the perfect pick for a lake weekend. It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. It felt safe with the security gate and seemed hidden away when entering. The sunset view from the hot tub was beautiful and boating around Clear Lake was fun. The only issue is that you need a key for the boat ramp but luckily we acquired one from a friend. We also loved how tropical it felt.

We stayed one night for jelly roll concert at Kia Center and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had a short stay but really enjoyed it.

It is a true oasis with the outdoor pool area, right on the lake! Great size for the home. Lot of space! The lake / pool view was really relaxing.

The house itself was beautiful! It was also only 12 mins away from universal which was so convenient. My friends and I absolutely loved staying here.. we loved watching the sunset on the dock/ patio. It was in a safe gated area. Honestly one of the best weekends we’ve had and the house just made it 10x better. This is an 11/10 place to stay and you’d be crazy if you didn’t stay here aha. Definitely coming back !

The house itself was honestly perfect, was clean and a very clean/fun set up. Plenty of room/beds and was awesome being on the lake. We also rented the boat which was a ton of fun. The only issue with the house was the surrounding area however it was fully gated and had plenty of cameras for security. It's not really in their control

It's not located in the greatest neighborhood and we didn't know that before booking but I had zero problems with anything. The house is gated and we felt safe.

The house is really close to camping world Stadium, it was absolutely perfect for us! I don’t know how suitable it would be for young kids, but we had a great time. I love it coming back to the house and relaxing by the pool with the view of the lake.

This was surprisingly well tucked away from the city. It was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. House was well stocked, clean, and well kept. Hot tub and pool were clean and felt wonderful. Seth and Kylee were there when we needed them, but otherwise gave us privacy. I enjoyed watching their water dog occasionally swimming in the lake. Their dogs were very well behaved, and got along with our small dog very well. Highly recommend.

Great accommodations. Our group was very comfortable in the rental home. The area around is typical of big city living. It felt safe and comfortable to drive around. We loved the flexibility of spreading out in a house versus separate hotel rooms. The view was amazing and perfect distance to Universal. We were able to navigate around easily and perfect amount of parking. The grounds were nice and the deck and hot tub were great.

This is the perfect lake house for a large group. My ideal vacation is anywhere my friends can all stay to eat, relax, and just be together. This house was great: secluded, private, and many large gathering areas with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are spacious. There are so many comfortable sleeping arrangement options!

Jason was such a great host. Great response time, helpful, and gave very clear instructions.

This was the most beautiful and comfortable place, right on the lake shore and with a screened in back patio with a hot tub and a pool, plenty of sleeping space inside and a beautiful interior. The gated driveway made everything seem very secure, and the goldfish ponds and guest house are such a enchanting bonus to the property. The owners were extremely responsive and motivated to address any questions and keep us comfortable. Very highly recommend you consider staying here!

wonderful experience from start to finish. the hosts were very responsive and helpful. you feel like you have your own oasis at the end of a private road (although note the sign does say "dead end" and the surrounding houses closer to the main road do need a little TLC). We loved using the hot tub and pool during our stay as well. There is some superficial work that could be done but for the location, value, friendliness, and amenities you can't beat this property! Would easily stay again.

Our big family had a fantastic stay! It was the ideal spot to host our UCF grad’s celebration with family and friends from near and far.
The house’s layout and space worked well, outfitted with multiple beds and baths, plus a large screened in pool area for fun without interference from pests. Our teenage kids loved the media room, playing endless games of pool, appreciating having their own space.

Our guests raved about the coziness of the home. And the guesthouse is a fantastic bonus.

We would highly recommend!

The place is cute and exactly as pictured. Surrounding area is a bit gritty but you are literally 10-20 mins away from downtown and Disney! The place is gated making it very private. People rent the main house so you share a driveway and backyard with anyone renting the main house. The lake is nice and we even caught some fish during our stay! Austin was very responsive and if there are any issues he is quick to make necessary fixes. If you are looking for something different that is close to downtown and Disney, check this out.

Would definitely stay here again. People in other reviews are a bit dramatic with respect to the location, you are totally secluded down this road and there is a secure gate and wall to get into the place.
The lake is beautiful, the dock is awesome, the pool was great. If you are a large group of friends, this place is ideal. Plenty of beds and plenty of space to move around and even separate if you are tired of them.
If anything is not to your liking, I promise Jason will work hard to rectify anything. Would definitely book again.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our stay. The hosts were super down to earth and easy going. We were previously planning on staying in a different air BNB in downtown and the guy cancelled on us with no explanation. Throughout the entire weekend we constantly talked about how lucky we were that the original host cancelled so we could stay at this amazing place. The house was just gorgeous and was such a nice place to hangout that we actually decided to just stay in a lot of the time instead of going out to the bars as originally intended. 10/10 you want to stay here.

The mother-in-law suite has charm and a lot of potential. The garden area with the putting green and the koi pond definitely needs some maintenance. We enjoyed relaxing lakeside next to the fire pit.

There are some essentials that the home away from home lacked. There were no extra wash towels, no hangers, ironing board or iron. There is also no broom and not an adequate amount of cooking essentials. The freezer on the refrigerator was not working properly as it was iced over. The toilet is on a septic tank so you have to be mindful of the flushes or risk having the toilet backed up.

Guys, this place is legit! You’d never know you’re in the middle of Orlando just a few minutes from downtown—it’s peaceful. House is great, we packed 15ish people into it during the weekend and it never felt overcrowded. Our hosts were super flexible with check in/out and make it a really enjoyable weekend for all of us. We brought the dogs too and I think they had more fun than we did! Also highly recommend renting the boat out for the day—Josh and Alex are amazing and taught all of us how to wakeboard and wakesurf for the first time!! Overall, 5 stars. Check out the Hideaway Bar too while you’re there for some good vibes and good food.

Our family stayed here for a week. I was a little nervous about the location however, we did not have one problem. We were able to get Ubers, and grocery delivery no problem. It was quiet and private. The parking inside the gate was great.
The view is beautiful and we loved the sunsets!
We used the firepit several times at night.
Having the guest house on the property worked out great for our parents. They could get away from everyone and relax on their own. Having that extra refrigerator also helped.
We enjoyed the bocce court and putting green.
When we had a question for the property owner, the responded quickly.
We spent a lot of time boating on Clear Lake!

The hosts were also responsive and friendly and very clear in communication. I appreciate the their candor and honesty regarding the location. I felt prepared walking in with its gritty surroundings, and the information up front combined with the gate and security features of the property definitely put me at ease and I enjoyed my weekend immensely. The house itself was also as described and a perfect spot for a quick weekend staycation. We actually didn’t have much trouble with getting a ride share/cab and we close to all the downtown activities we had planned. The kitchen, the pool, the sheer number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the lakefront property were exactly what we were looking for.

We will 100% rent here again. We had such a great time, and for us the location was
perfect. We were visiting family and wanted somewhere close enough to the parks where we could see them and do a park in the same day.
I was a little worried about the pool because I had read a review about it being dirty, but it was clear the whole time. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and hanging out by the lake. There is a nice fire pit on site, too.
The one negative i will say is that it looks like they are building a bocce ball court or
something and its not quite done yet. It
didnt really affect us at all though. There is a nice putting green, and the kids had a ton of fun playing on that. If I could give 10 stars, i would!

This place was exactly what I hoped it wouldn’t be. It was incredibly misleading from the photos. Truth be told, the photos just don’t add to how misleading the post is to rent this home. It’s misleading because the pictures don’t provide accuracy to how beautiful this place is more outside than inside. The sunset and rise over the water that can be viewed from the bedroom balcony of the pool area is something g that idk if I could have put a dollar amount on. The pool is cool and the jucuzzii was nice as well. The space could have used more cleaning because it was quite dusty inside and the bedding would need to be upgraded to match the quality view. I look forward to returning back to this Corry property to experience the privacy coupled with the priceless outside experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Orlando Epic Rentals! Their team was so responsive and kind to communicate with before our stay. I had several questions along the way and they always responded promptly and politely!

When we arrived for check in we were a few minutes early and actually got to meet the property manager and he was so nice and helpful upon arrival!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very private and gated so we felt very safe! Between the main house, guest house and the size of the property it was very roomy! The pool was incredible, the view was unbeatable and honestly we could’ve spent a whole week at the house and been content.

However we did go shopping and to Universal studios while we stayed and the drive to get there was super easy and convenient!

In conclusion, we highly recommend this stay to anyone considering and would love to return in the future! Thank you Orlando Epic Rentals!

Okay, so I've rented from Austin before, along with many other hosts, and I seem to have excellent fortune with all hosts. HOWEVER, Austin, simply, is a cut above the greats. He and his team are absurdly great! They're so attentive to any questions I have, are VERY clear and informative of how to make the house easy to navigate, prepare for a great weekend, and even to close up and check out is simple, easy and not stressful in any way. I actually want to do another house rental from him that is a different house, because I've done the same house twice in a row over the last two birthdays, and the house is literally amazing, but I just feel at this point, I'm missing out on other properties he may have!!

Seriously, I mean every word. We live in a society where honesty seems to be a thing of the past at times, and responsibility is a game of blame. Austin and his team, truly make you feel at home, even when you're away from home.
