Set on 18 secluded acres in Medina, Ohio — twenty minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport — Medina Mansion is a luxury estate updated in 2024 that blends old-house grandeur with serious entertainment: a private movie theater, a game room with a poker table, a prohibition-style speakeasy lounge, tennis and pickleball courts, a sauna and hot tub, and a private fishing pond with kayaks and a paddle boat. Eight bedrooms sleep thirty, the kitchen is stocked to feed them all, and the Bar, Ball, and Octagon rooms host weddings and retreats without renting a second venue.
Medina Mansion is co-managed by the same team behind our Orlando estates — same standards, same direct-booking savings, four states north. The first floor holds five sleeping rooms (including the bunk room that sleeps seven and the speakeasy lounge); the second floor is the suite level: the Master with its steam-room bath, the mural-walled Cleveland Room, and the Princess Room brides claim on wedding weekends. Downstairs, the theater, game room, and event halls keep thirty people entertained whatever Ohio weather is doing.

Our group had the best time at the Medina Mansion! We were there for a bachelorette party and the pond was perfect for just hanging out and relaxing! Would definitely recommend this place for a large get together! Perfect for large groups! The hosts were super friendly and easy to work with!
This property is gorgeous! It met and exceeded all of our wishes! Plenty of room for our large group and plenty of things to do in the area! Excellent communication from the company as well! Austin was a great help with anything we needed! We will be back!
Incredible home and property. Our family needed a large home for our annual family reunion and this was so perfect. We had plenty of room indoors and outdoors. The house was spotlessly cleaned and very comfortable. It really set the stage for fun filled family time. We would love to come back every year now.

The property is really lovely and there were plenty of options for sleeping for our group of 18. The kitchen was a great place to gather and the outdoor space is quiet and welcoming. The event space allowed plenty of room for our meditation and yoga practices. The property management team was responsive and helpful. The overall experience has made this our groups go to destination!!

This place was nothing short of amazing! The property was beautiful and the house itself had everything you could want and need. We took a before school starts family vacation here and the kids all loved it but the whole time was thinking how great it would also be with other couples or for a girls trip in the future :) Would highly recommend for a large group to spend time together in luxury!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Medina Mansion. Our family enjoyed the pickleball, inflatable kayaks, ping pong, media/movie room, HUGE kitchen, and beautiful surroundings/landscaping. The beds were comfortable, we felt safe, and the house was stocked with everything we needed (cookware, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). We are definitely considering coming back again for another family reunion - it was perfect!!

This was exactly what we were looking for, they had a room for separate room for wedding ceremony and a big room for the reception. The house is beautiful inside and out, there's a playground for kids so the kids are occupied when they get bored, and overall look is very elegant and the property is kept at a high standard, very clean and beautiful. There are many amenities including tennis court, sauna, theater, and the downstairs is an ultimate man cave. Overall very happy that we had our wedding here, the bride has a very beautiful princess room to get ready in.
The Medina Mansion did not disappoint! Large rooms full of natural light, zoned heating and cooling to keep everyone comfortable and beautiful woodwork throughout. So much to appreciate about this place!
The Medina Mansion was the perfect venue for our daughters December wedding. The bride and bridesmaids loved getting ready in the princess room. They had their ceremony in the round room, cocktail hour in the game room and the reception in the event hall. The bride and groom greatly enjoyed the unique and gorgeous interior spaces for their wedding photos- especially the speakeasy!
We recently stayed here and honestly, it was an experience we won't forget anytime soon. The place was massive, with more than enough room for our large group, and every corner of the house was decked out in luxury. The host was super chill and responsive, giving us all the tips we needed to make the most of our stay and the local area. The pool area was a total hit, especially with the kids, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook up some epic meals. Sure, the place had a couple of quirks – a squeaky door here, a tricky light switch there – but it all added to the character of the mansion. All in all, it was a fantastic getaway, and we're already plotting our return next year.
We traveled with our flag football team and coaches. We couldn’t have found a better place for our group of 22. The house was the perfect size to give everyone privacy but also allowed the boys to let their energy out with so many options for activities. From skipping rocks to fishing, running around outside playing football, the game room inside, the poker room in the basement, the movie theater, the fire pit for s’mores, soaking in the hot tub and sauna.
The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were perfect for sharing. The kitchen was the heart of our meals making us feel right at home.
We had an event daily an hour away in Canton but couldn’t find hotels with 3 star reviews or higher. Book the Medina Mansion, it’s so worth it and the price was a great values for our group to be under 1 roof. The hosts are extremely responsive and made our stay 5 stars. Book it, you won’t regret it. The memories made here are going to last our 14 Maui boys a lifetime. Mahalo Nui loa Medina Mansion!
